Lucky Lufkin has been a pillar of the Western Washington legal community for over 24 years, providing exceptional representation in both family law and criminal defense matters. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Lucky understands the values and concerns of Seattle-area families and individuals, and the impact that criminal charges can have on an individual and their families. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Philosophy, Lucky attended Gonzaga University School of Law where he obtained his J.D. and began his career as a criminal defense attorney, where he honed his courtroom skills and successfully achieved verdicts of not guilty on multiple trials.
Lucky then expanded his practice to include family law for individuals and families facing divorce and child custody determinations, developing a deep commitment to justice, fair representation, and empathy for individuals facing criminal charges and the dissolution of their marriage and families. Lucky's unique niche is representing clients in both criminal and family courts - understanding how criminal charges impact parenting rights and ensuring orders don't conflict. One attorney handling both matters means no duplicate billing, no conflicting strategies, and coordinated defense of your rights.
